Anél Jordaan – Tax Specialist

Anel Jordaan is a Tax Specialist at Nubis Tax, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, and tax risk management. She is a CA(SA) and holds an MCom in Taxation from the University of Pretoria.

Anel began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before spending seven years at Vodacom, where she progressed to Principal Specialist in Group Tax and Tax Risk Management. She subsequently served as Group Tax Manager and then Head of Tax at Pepkor Holdings, one of South Africa’s largest retail groups.

In 2018, Anel joined Nubis Tax, drawn to the opportunity to bring her in-house corporate tax experience to a specialist advisory practice.

Today, Anel advises large corporates and listed companies on corporate tax compliance, tax reviews, restructurings, M&A transactions, and tax risk management.

Anel holds a CA(SA) and an MCom in Taxation from the University of Pretoria.
